What facilities will be available to me?
Prima residents have exclusive access to a pool, gym,
BBQ facilities, entertaining areas, manicured gardens and
an outdoor shower.
Meridian residents have access to a gym, bocce green,
BBQ facilities, entertaining areas, manicured garden and
an outdoor shower.
Is my carpark secure and is it exclusive for my use?
Yes, there will be a basement entry security door to gain
access to the car park.
Is the car space on the same title as the apartment building?
Yes the carpark is for exclusive use by the resident of the
apartment.
How is access to the building granted for visitors?
Access is gained for visitors via an intercom at the entry to
the lobbies.
What colour options are there?
Prima has three colour schemes: Chic, Classic and Contemporary
Meridian has two colour scheme: Classic and Contemporary.
Where are the mailboxes?
The mailboxes are located adjacent to the lift lobby by which
the residents access their apartment.
What type of glazing will my windows be?
Glazing throughout the precinct is non-tinted, clear glass and is What will be developed on the south portion of this site?
6.38mm or 10.76mm thick depending on the apartment location.
Glazing meets all regulatory and acoustic requirements.
What is the ceiling height?
2700mm for habitable rooms & 2400mm for kitchens, hallways,
laundry and bathrooms.

How are my services metered?
Electricity, gas and hot and cold water will be supplied and
metered separately to each individual apartment.
What type of air conditioning is included?
Prima apartments have fully ducted reverse cycle air
conditioning provided to living and bedrooms.
Meridian apartments have reverse cycle ducted day/night zone
air conditioning.
Where will my condenser be located?
Condenser units are located on the roof in a screened area.
Are the robes fitted?
Yes, robes are fitted with a shelf, hanging rail and either
hinged (Prima) or sliding doors (Meridian)
Is there caballing for internet and pay TV?
Pay TV and phone/data points will be provided in nominated
locations. Owners must liaise directly with Foxtel and their
internet provider to connect to pay TV and the internet.
All apartments will be wired to the NBN network.
What is the basement arrangement?
Prima and Meridian share a basement entry which is
accessed via a private road located to the south of the site.
Meridian residents access their basement car park via an
easement through the Prima basement car park.
Mirvac has an approved DA for 2 buildings, both 5 levels in
height with a total of 98 apartments.
What is proposed on the Hotel site?
A third party developer has DA approval for a 100 room, 6 level
hotel development in the north east corner of the precinct.
What amenity is available within the area?
Directly adjacent to Latitude are two restaurants, Bib & Tucker
and The Shipping Lane.
The Latitude includes four retail/commercial units which
will provide future amenity to its residents and the public
once complete.
Within walking distance of the site are several cafes,
bars, restaurants and shops as well as the Swan River and
Leighton Beach.
The North Fremantle train station, located directly adjacent
to the site, provides direct access to Fremantle, Cottesloe,
Claremont, Subiaco and the Perth CBD.
If applicable, do I need to apply for my own FIRB approval?
This project has a blanket FIRB approval therefore individual
purchasers will not need to obtain their own approval.
Will my deposit receive interest?
Yes, interest will be achieved at the bank’s interest rate and
will be payable to the purchaser upon settlement.
When will the seller’s settlement agent transfer the
deposit to an interest bearing account?
The deposit will be transferred to an interest bearing account
when the full 10% deposit has been received as cleared funds,
the Contract is unconditional.
Will they be providing an interest statement?
An interest statement will be provided when received from
the financial institution who holds the invested cash deposit.
When do purchasers receive the interest?
The purchasers will receive any interest earned on the
investment of a cash deposit on Settlement.
